SURPRISE, Ariz. (Nov. 10, 2025) — Sun Health has announced the official launch of Vibrant Life Choices, a new membership-based wellness program designed to help adults of all ages live with greater purpose, balance, and vitality.

Rooted in Sun Health’s nonprofit mission to empower people to enjoy living longer, healthier, and more purposeful lives, Vibrant Life Choices extends that vision beyond senior living communities in the West Valley and the Greater Phoenix Area. The program provides members with personalized guidance from a Wellness Navigator, along with flexible support options in person and virtually.

“Vibrant Life Choices takes Sun Health’s commitment to community wellness one step further,” said Kim Thompson, Chief Experience Officer, Sun Health. “We’ve always believed that wellness should be accessible and adaptable for everyone. This program meets people where they are and helps them build healthier, more connected lives, regardless of age or stage.”

At the heart of Vibrant Life Choices is the Wellness Navigator, a trained professional who partners with each member to develop a personalized plan and provide ongoing accountability. Members can set goals, track progress, and build sustainable habits across multiple dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and environmental.

Each membership includes monthly credits that can be used toward a curated menu of premium wellness services. These options include fitness and mindfulness activities, nutrition support, advocacy, home organization, or lifestyle assistance. Every service is designed to help members strengthen body and mind, reduce stress, and simplify daily life, creating a truly individualized path to well-being.

Vibrant Life Choices offers a range of memberships to fit different goals and lifestyles starting at $140/month. All members receive personalized navigator support, access to Dorvie Concierge Services, and monthly credits redeemable for premium wellness experiences. Services are available both virtually and in person, providing flexibility for today’s busy adults.

For more than 50 years, Sun Health has been a cornerstone of health and wellness in Arizona’s West Valley. Through its nonprofit initiatives, senior living communities, and community wellness programs, Sun Health has remained dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents across generations.

“Vibrant Life Choices reflects the essence of our mission,” Thompson added. “We’ve seen how personalized guidance and holistic support can transform not just health outcomes, but overall happiness. This program allows us to share that philosophy with the entire community in a meaningful, accessible way.”
